RISE also offers Adult Fitness classes taught by RISE Founder and Lead Instructor Amanda Picord.  While the main focus is Cardio Kickboxing, the classes taught are an evolving mixture of fitness elements that target the specific traits and skills of members in order to maximize their results.  Amanda blends a mix of intensity, creativity, and fun that will keep you on your toes while delivering results you won't see anywhere else.

These classes are made for those who want to lose weight, burn calories, and get a great sweat in 50 minutes. On average, our members burn between 350 to 500 calories in a single class. We focus on technique, endurance, and wellness in a high-energy workout environment. Our adult classes are available to all adults from the novice to the advanced.
