RISE Martial Arts and Fitness is an Independent Martial Arts School with a focus on Taekwondo, Kickboxing and other forms of Martial Arts.
Our studio utilizes traditional martial art philosophy, fundamentals and concepts and incorporates these principles into the modern day real world.
This unique blend creates a dynamic and engaging environment designed for students to learn and instill the core principles of martial arts that will help them reach their goals on and off the Dojang Mats!

We encourage martial arts for everyone in the family! No matter your age, size, ability, or walk of life there is a program here for you! We offer classes for all ages, skill level, and abilities which include Taekwondo, self-defense, kickboxing, fitness classes, yoga & stretch, as well as programs in nutrition and wellness.
For our youth programs, we focus on building on positive character development, socialization, and healthy body image that ties into physical fitness. Within our teen to adult programs, we focus on the total body that includes healthy weight management, stress management, proper nutrition, mobility, and much more!

RISE is an all inclusive, welcoming and judgement free studio. Everyone and anyone who wants to practice martial arts is welcomed here to practice and pursue their goals here with us!
As soon as you walk through the door, you feel the welcoming yet structured atmosphere that defines RISE. We want all our students to feel comfortable right from the start. Our students and members lift each other up and build bonds and friendships that last a lifetime. When one one of us rise, we all rise!
We focus on personal development, skill, and growth in our members as they continue to grow in their martial arts practice. As we train, we have our students and members focus on the traditions of taekwondo along with the principles of showing up, practicing at home, and putting in the dedication necessary to achieve their personal goals.
